Refund policy

All purchases, originals, prints, & commissions are non-refundable.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please let me know as soon as possible and I will be happy to offer you a replacement or refund. Depending on the nature of your return, I may request that you send a photo of the damage or send the item back (in which case your return shipping cost will be reimbursed).

*If your order is missing or has been stolen and is marked as “delivered” through tracking. Tshikamba is not responsible or liable for the loss.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
