For regular shipping, please allow 10-15 business days for shipping, and up to 5 weeks to receive gold leafed orders. Non gold leafed orders will arrive within 3-4 weeks. International orders may take longer (5-6 weeks) depending on transit times to your country.

All of my Christmas prints will ship between December 7th-10th. To guarantee your prints arrive before Christmas (within the USA), make your order by December 1st. If you happen to order later than this, no worries, they most likely will arrive on time! I just won't be able to guarantee it.

Once your print is dispatched, an automated email is delivered to the email you provided at the checkout. You have access to tracking information that provides you updates when they occur.

Posters and large prints are rolled in protective safety sleeves  and shipped in sturdy mailing tubes. This method is the best, cheapest and safest method for mailing large prints. Open and unroll your print gently with clean and dry hands. To re-flatten your print, simply lay a heavy flat object on it. Your local framer can also do this for you.  All smaller prints and artwork is packaged in paper/plastic mailing sleeves and shipped flat in rigid mailers.

All purchases, originals, prints, & commissions are non-refundable.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please let me know as soon as possible and I will be happy to offer you a replacement or refund. Depending on the nature of your return, I may request that you send a photo of the damage or send the item back (in which case your return shipping cost will be reimbursed).

Embellished Giclee prints are printed on paper or canvas. Once the artwork has been printed on high-quality fine art paper, I hand 'embellish' it with the medium of my choice, usually 22K gold leaf.

These prints are completely unique!
They reflect the essence of the orginal painting. If you want the look and texture of an original but at a more afforable price alternative, these are for you.

Depending on the prints, this might include adding resin, gold leaf, beads, pearlcent pigments, or acrylic paint strokes to a print of a painting. Check the product description to see what specfic mediums they're embellished with.
